Returns and Refunds
You may cancel your order within 24 hours of placing it. Orders cannot be canceled after they have been shipped. Please reach out to us via email at email@example.com and be sure to include your order number, or simply reply to your order confirmation email if you’d like to cancel your order. We will get back to you within 1-2 business days.
Returns & Refunds
All our products are personal care products and so for safety reasons, we cannot accept any returns or offer refunds. Even in a sealed condition, the products will have been out of our supervision once sent out and so, in that case too, we do not offer refunds or accept returns. A patch test is always strongly recommended when trying out a new product. You may have sensitivities to certain natural ingredients that you may be unaware of, and a patch test will ensure you are able to rule any allergies out. In case of irritation please discontinue use immediately and see a physician.
If your package arrives damaged (example- broken glass jars), please make sure to click photos of the same and write to us within 6 hours of receiving the damaged shipment. Logistics is completely outsourced to a third-party company. We can only take up the damaged good issue with them when we have proof to support it. Please write to us at firstname.lastname@example.org so that we can resolve the issue for you at the earliest.
