Returns, Refunds, and Cancellation
An order may be canceled by the customer within 24 hours of placing it, by emailing us at email@example.com
Orders cannot be canceled, under any circumstance, once they have been shipped.
Due to the personal care nature of our products, we do not accept returns or offer refunds. Please read the product labels thoroughly before use. Our products are not recommended for the sensitive skin of children under age 5. Products containing essential oils are not recommended for pregnant women or nursing mothers. Returns are accepted only if the shipped items are defective. You may still have sensitivities to certain natural ingredients that you are unaware of, so please conduct a patch test before trying out any new product(s) on your skin. If any irritation occurs, discontinue use immediately and consult a physician.
Incase the goods are damaged in transit, please send us pictures of the outer packaging, shipping label, and an unboxing video. We will ship you a replacement within 48 hours at no additional cost.
